Where bids like this usually go wrong
Leaving out the burden (payroll taxes, workers comp, insurance, paid time off) undercounts labour by a quarter or more. Pricing on markup instead of margin quietly costs you: adding 20% to $1,854 gives $2,225, a 16.7% margin, not 20%. See margin vs markup. And a month is 4.33 weeks, not 4 (frequency chart).
